Very disappointing.
They said I cancelled my order.
I didn't.
This was after a week of me waiting for a delivery notice and an earlier e-mail with a chipper, "your delivery will soon be on the way."
Customer service for this: NONE.
Just, "sorry about that."
A company that really cared about customer service might say, "oh no, we messed up; if you authorize we will place the order again and we'll expedite shipping since you have already waited on us for a week."
Nope, not The Sill.

I feel as though the pictures online are misleading. I bought the medium sized fiddle leaf plant as a birthday gift and my friend sent me a picture but it looked much smaller and didn’t look like it was thriving like in the pictures advertised online. Going to stick to Bloomscape because they have great customer service and the plant arrived looking like the picture online!

Horrible customer service. Sent a plant to my Aunt for Christmas and it was delivered broken and a complete mess with dirt everywhere. Company has had terrible response time and no one offered to do anything except send same plant again and ask where do we send it??? Really??
Almost 2 weeks and nothing has been done to rectify! Will never use again!

I've only ordered one plant from The Sill so far (the parlor palm,) but would definitely do it again. It came well-packaged, included materials about how best to care for it, and looks even better than I expected.

Mixed experience. The snake plant that I ordered was okay and healthy. But I ordered a Philodendron in medium with a terracotta pot (which was almost orange on the picture). I received a plant that was half as big as the one on the picture, clearly a small one, and the pot was big but kind of pink, not terracotta at all. I am not happy I paid for a medium-size plant and got a small one. I complained to customer service and was offered a discount for future purchase. Don't buy other size than small.
